Return Policy
You can return an item within 14 days of receiving it. Exceptions may be made for gifts. If you need to return artwork, e-mail us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it . Merchandise is not returnable if shipped outside the U.S. or Canada.

How to Return Items
Contact us by e-mailing us at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it for return instructions. We ordinarily return artwork to the artist. We can provide a UPS Return Service label or, for an extra cost, we can arrange a UPS pick-up for you. The customer provides shipping costs. We can send the return label by e-mail or postal mail.

Return items in the original package unless the package condition is poor or unsafe. The customer pays for art that is damaged on the way to the artist. If we have sent you a defective item or one you didn’t order, we cover the shipping cost.

Refunds
Items will be refunded within 7-14 business days of the artist receiving them in the mail. You will be credited with the price of the product minus shipping.

Passionate Reason ordinarily doesn’t credit you the shipping and handling costs. We cannot accept damaged, altered or worn merchandise. We will inform you of the status of your return via e-mail or postal mail.

Items Damaged in Transit
If the package is damaged or if you open it and the merchandise is damaged, e-mail us so we can have it picked up and examined. Keep the item in its original packing materials.

Shipping and Handling
Since items are sent directly from the artist, shipping and delivery times will vary. Shipping and handling costs are shown on every art item below the price. If special packaging is necessary, there may be additional shipping costs. Please include the item number when you e-mail us. Since we primarily use UPS, we cannot ship to PO boxes.

International Orders
Passionate Reason only ships to customers in the U.S. and Canada. We also cannot accept international credit card orders.

When to Expect Your Order’s Arrival
On each page we indicate the timeframe in which the artist ships the product. When the artist ships an item, we will notify you via email and include the shipper’s tracking information.
